Some areas of the JHLC website, such as course progress tracking, require you to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Course content, certificates of completion, badges, or progress records are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional accreditation unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant course page.
4. User conduct
When using the JHLC website, including any registration, comment, or discussion features you agree not to:
- post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harassing content;
- impersonate any person or entity;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the website’s systems;

6. Social media
We may use social media such as X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram to promote the content on the JHLC website. We only monitor comments and postings periodically during regular business hours, and reserve the right to delete any that we deem offensive in any way or promote other services. If there are violations, we reserve the right to block or ban users. Comments posted on our social media channels do not reflect the opinions of JHLC, CALC or our funders or partners.
7. Jurisdiction
This agreement between you, the user, and CALC shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario in any proceeding related to this agreement.
8. Conditions of agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CALC with respect to the use of this website.
